City of Beacon's own 2025 court-resurfacing contract drawings (COB Bid No. 2025-006, 'South Avenue Park Improvements') specify a tennis-court seal-coat and striping job that includes a pickleball court overlay in yellow lines per USA Pickleball rules, confirming pickleball is (or is about to be) playable on the park's resurfaced tennis court. The City's general parks page does not yet list pickleball among the park's amenities.
