Confirmed via the City of North Muskegon's own Fall/Winter 2023/24 newsletter (Mayor's message): 'West End Park nears completion! The playground is installed, the dog park is ready for sod, and the pickleball courts will be poured soon. They will be fully available come spring [2024]. Not mentioned in the city's separate 'Built to Play' update (which instead covers a different, newer Bear Lake Park tennis/pickleball project).
